Standard Wash & Fold

🔹Orders placed before noon: Pickup on the same day by 2pm, delivered the next day by 8pm.

🔹Orders placed after 3pm: Pickup by 2pm the next day, delivered by 8pm the following day.

ie. Order placed at 5pm on Mon: Pick-up by 2pm Tues, delivered by 8pm Wed.

FREE DELIVERY ON orders over 30lbs or $6CAD flat fee.

*24"x15" hamper is ~25lbs or 30"x33" plastic bag is ~ 30lbs on avg

$3CAD/lb + Tax

What services does We Wash Fold Deliver provide?

We Wash Fold Deliver - offers a mobile wash & fold laundry service to your door. We'll wash & fold your items, deliver them neatly folded inside air tight plastic bags right to your door.

Will I get a pick up confirmation?

Call to schedule your pickup, we'll agree on an estimated time range.
We'll message you upon arrival
If you're unable to leave your laundry out for us on agreed times, simply reach out via Phone/Whatsapp to let us know and we'll reschedule.
A similar process will apply to drop off.

How do I pack my dirty laundry for pickup?

You may use your own laundry bags or disposal plastic bags

Pickup and Delivery Times

Standard Orders

Orders placed before noon: Pickup will be scheduled for the same day by 2pm, with delivery the next day by 8pm.
Placed after 3pm: Pickup will be scheduled by 2pm the next day, with delivery by 8pm the following day.

ie.:An order placed at 5pm on Monday will be picked up by 2pm Tuesday and delivered by 8pm Wednesday.

Express Orders

Orders placed by 10am: Pickup will be by 2pm the same day, with delivery by 8pm the same day.

ie.: An order placed at 9am on Monday: Pickup by 12pm Monday, delivery by 8pm Monday.

Do You Offer Detergent Options?

We offer standard detergent and dryer sheets at the moment
Ask for Eco-friendly options when you book your pick-up (+$2CAD/10lbs approx)
OR provide your own - just include your products with your pick-up, and we will use it and return any unused portion.

Do you treat stains?

We do not treat stains, iron, remove lint, clean shoes, hand wash, or dry clean. A hang-dry option is available.

Limitations

Size Limitations: We handle items fitting in a standard washer and dryer only.
Hazard/Bio hazard limitations: We do not service unsafe or unsanitary laundry. Your items must be free from bed bugs, fleas, roaches, urine, blood, vomit and any other biohazardous materials or dangerous/flammable substances.
Weight limitations: 80lbs for Standard Service. 60lbs for Express Service
We reserve the right to refuse service.
